iPhone 7+ suddenly laggy

Iphone suddenly laggy

Over this past week my iPhone 7 Plus all of a sudden just became extremely laggy. I’ve had it for 2 and a half years running perfectly smooth until last week. Apps were freezing and crashing, I couldn’t listen to music and do my daily regular tasks at the same time, overall movement was laggy and slow such as typing, scrolling, etc.

Some information: This week I just switched from sprint carrier to T-mobile, my phone has been at around 30gb/32 for many months, I keep having to free space every once in a while but it never made me lag, and I recently enabled app tracking.
