My iphone 11 pro max started lagging overnight

My iphone 11 Pro Max just started, from one day to the next, lagging seriously even freezing. I touch for example the share button and it takes forever to reacts and if insist and press it twice it often freezes. Sometimes its fine and the next it lags again. Ive closed all my apps, restart it, reset it, it doesn’t make any difference. I have plenty of memory and the battery health is good. Its updated to ios 15.5. 

I don’t know what to do. The modt alarming is that lagging started overnight.
