iPhone 10, SIM card is locked. I bought this phone from Best Buy and first carrier was TMobile. I am now changing to Verizon and getting this error message - SIM not supported. T-Mobile states they did not lock the phone?
Only the carrier whom that iPhone is locked to can unlock it, if you're eligible, as per the support article that led you here.
Neither we, just users like you, nor Apple can help you about that matter.

Your answer is essentially "too bad" . You can pay to have it unlocked . I have a problem with Xfinity concerning a phone fully paid for with no blocks. Xfinity is perfectly happy to take my monthly payment with no objections it just wont allow me to use another carrier. Petty as ****!
Frustration is that TMobile states they did not lock it.
Sorry about that.
If T-Mobile states it is unlocked, ask Best Buy or ask Verizon to help you about that problem.
