iPhone 10, SIM card is locked.

iPhone 10, SIM card is locked. I bought this phone from Best Buy and first carrier was TMobile. I am now changing to Verizon and getting this error message - SIM not supported. T-Mobile states they did not lock the phone?

Only the carrier whom that iPhone is locked to can unlock it, if you're eligible, as per the support article that led you here.

Neither we, just users like you, nor Apple can help you about that matter.
