whatsapp push notifications not working in IOS 15.2

Did you have a chance to review your notification settings and make changes and test further?

Use notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch to see if this continues.

If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open check the steps here for WhatsApp.

I have the same issue where Whatsapp notifications stopped showing on my AppleWatch after upgrade to IOS 15.2. I checked WhatsApp Settings -> Notifications and all items are enabled. Then I checked Watch -> Notifications and Whatsapp isn't even listed as an available selection. Also Watch settings doesn't list Whatsapp as "installed on Apple Watch" nor "available Apps". The notification and reply ability on the apple watch worked on ios 14. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Additional note: Whatsapp -> Settings -> Notifications shows a "WARNING: Push Notifications are disabled. To enable visit: iPhone Settings -> Notifications -> WhatsApp". However, iPhone Settings -> Notifications doesn't list "WhatsApp"

Facing same issue of Whatsapp push notifications not working / working Intermittently post iOS 15.2 update.

Im having the same issues

Take backup of whatsapp on icloud and uninstall whatsapp (DO NOT OFFLOAD — uninstall)

and reinstall whatspp.. this solved my issue and now getting immediate whatspp notifications

Reset location & privacy. It worked for me
