Trouble Claiming Location on Apple Maps

So I have tried to claim our location on maps several times. Ive escalated the claim twice and pup in a help ticket. Every time I get an email stating that the claim has went thru and I just need to "Verify", but when i go into my places it shows "not claimed" still. What do?

Competitors Name in Apple Maps Listing Our Apple Maps listing has a competitors phone number and website. The physical address, pictures, all other info is of our business. When I try to claim the listing it only gives me the option of sending a verification code TO MY COMPETITOR since that is the number currently associated with the listing. This competitor is not the most ethical type of operation. Obviously, if they will claim another business and put their contact info on it. How can I get this corrected?

Apple Maps :reporting an issue has no result As have many others I am asking again the same question: My Apple Maps location is wrong, it is spelled wrong, something so simple to correct, but there is no way! . I have tried over and over to report this on the Apple maps app following exactly what is instructed for “Report an Issue” with no success, no reply, no correction, ever. Is there any other way to report this issue? Or a way to to contact them directly?
