when I go to download an app on the Apple Watch it asks for my mothers id(I used with an old phone but have a new phone with a new number and new Apple ID) but when I check my ID in my iPhone it has my id and not my mothers. How do I change the ID on my watch so I can download apps(having same issue with my iPad as well). It even asks for my moms Apple ID password when I update apps on my watch, iPad and iPhone

One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. After deleting the apps, it may be necessary to restart the device/computer before you can download the apps again. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
Or you can try to set up Family Sharing between the IDs to keep access to your purchases.
