What are the extensions and settings that are incompatible with Private Relay?

When my Mac mini rebooted after updating to macOS 12.1 I got the message that some of my extensions and settings are incompatible with Private Relay but no word of what these are.

Is there a list someplace where these incompatibles are listed?
