Apple Music 49 plan showing wrongly on apple site

Hey Apple,

The add-free music option shows two times on the apple music 49 plan, In one option there is a tick but in another have don't. Please clarify which one is correct.

Buy music after subscribed to Apple Music seems to be impossible. Why is it so hard / impossible to buy a music title after subscribing to Apple Music? There is no option to buy the track. If I just add a track to library, I can't burn the track on a mix-cd. That's extremely annoying. That is simply crap. What is wrong about buying music? Do I have to unsubscribe to buy music again?

Visit https://www.apple.com/apple-music/ for the comparative features. All plans stream music ad-free. I didn't find a duplicate listing on the site.
