What should I do about a Series 7 Apple Watch that will not charge (even with the correct apple charging cord and block for the wall)? I just purchased it yesterday and can’t even use it.

First try power cycling it.
if it still does not charge, yes return it.

I got mine Christmas Day and I charged it all day while visiting family and it wasn't fully charged so I changed chargers and left it on overnight, this morning it was at 4%. Should I return it?
