How can I turn off portrait mode in photos?

I think I accidentally turned something on, because now all my photos have the backgrounds blurred. I know how to fix this after I take the photo, but how do I turn off this mode so it doesn’t keep messing with photos? How do I stop this?

iPhone SE, iOS 10

When taking a picture make sure Photo is selected at the bottom of the screen, not Portrait. You can also remove the Portrait effect from the pictures you've already taken. This article will give you more information about it: Use Portrait mode on your iPhone - Apple Support.
