Exchange Password on IPad

You would need to reset your password if you don't know, contact Microsoft or look at their support site on how to reset password.

You also have the option to contact your IT department or Exchange Administrator at your employer for help with that.

So this is not a work account you are referring to? You should have the option where you log into the web access to reset a password.
