Cancellation of Order and Refund

Good day, I just would like to ask if there are people having trouble of getting the refund after they cancelled the order. I cancelled mine because i chose the wrong color in my macbook pro instead of silver, I put space gray. Btw, In from the Philippines and used my debit card bdo and was charged for the full amount. How long would it take to get my money back? Is there someone who experienced this kind of situation? Thanks!
