Why am i paying $9.99 .99 storage but Apple TV I can only RENT MOVIES

Please clarify what you pay for. Apple TV+ is USD 4.99. Other subscriptions will have other prices.

iCloud storage subscriptions are unrelated to watching streaming services. iCloud storage can hold your photos, files, and backups, and/or other optional additional features online.

appletv+ is apple produced material streaming service it does not mean you get all you can eat access to all third party movies and tv shows
