what happens if all my contacts are not in any of the restore points available

I just recently broke my old phone ( iphone SE) so i bought a new one (iphone 13) and now when i signed into my apple id, all of my texts and photos came up, but the texts are just phone numbers, none of my contacts are saved, i did a restore to get contacts back, but the furthest restore point is from like 3 days ago and when i restore to that point none of my contacts are saved. how can i fix this
