Significant locations not working with IOS 15

Hello. I have the same issue since 15.0, also with a 12 Pro and have updated each time in hopes it would be corrected.

Please note that the phone is collecting significant locations. It's the notifications that have stopped. For example, each time I got in the car , the phone would tell me the expected time to work with a general route. "Estimated time to work is 35 minutes via Highway ###. I no longer get those notifications on my home screen. Have gone through all settings and can't see a reason why these notifications would have stopped. Thank you.
