Not unless you call Apple Support and ask them by providing the serial number. The easiest way to check is to try another SIM in the phone and see what happens.

You can check whether your iPhone is locked directly on your iPhone. Open Settings > General > About and look for the Carrier Lock entry. If it says “No SIM restrictions”, your iPhone is not locked.
