How do I update my iPhone 4s ?

It's not capable of 10 or above. To update it to 9.3.6, use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings.

No one can update your iPhone remotely. What version of iOS is currently on the iPhone? I suspect it is iOS 9,3,6, and that is the highest iOS that the iPhone 4s will support.
