No notifications when locked

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with missing notifications on your Lock Screen.

Have a look at this page: Use notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Please note: "To show the contents of notifications on the Lock Screen without unlocking your device, go to Settings > Notifications > Show Previews, and select Always."

You can also try toggling the Lock Screen check mark as shown in the section "Change group notification settings".

Thanks for the further details. Have you checked Settings > Sounds & Haptics? Please see: Adjust the volume on iPhone.

Try moving the slider in the Ringer And Alerts section. Have you tried toggling the Ring/Silent switch?
