Wifi privacy

I clicked on private address on my iPhone to take off privacy warning on iPhone wifi and it’s not working😢having now to use my wifi bundle instead of home broadband, is it iPhone always asking us to update phone causing this privacy warning and why is my phone location saying London instead of N,Ireland?😢
