Hello,

Hmm, something doesn't seem right:

1) Restart the phone

2) See this: How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

3) Also, see if this helps: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup

4) Do you have an iCloud backup: Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Good luck.
