Contact Apple Support:
You need to reset your password with Apple Support. So, contact Apple Support. If permitted, the Apple Rep will modify your credentials for you over the phone. If permitted, the Apple Rep will assist you with changing it. Once all is modified, log in prior to hanging up the phone, just to be certain that it all goes through.
