Delete game memory
So, I have played this game for a while and I want to delete its memory so
i can get to replay it and for some reason the game doesn’t pop up on the iCloud storage so what should I do

If the app is not listed in iCloud, then data associated with it may be stored on your device directly. If this is the case, then fully removing and reinstalling the app should clear that data.
If your app requires an account to access, then your data may be tied to that account login. Signing out of that account may accomplish what you're attempting to achieve.
Some games may use your Game Center account to sign in and associate your progress with that ID.
