Why don't I get an invoice for my month. subscription of iCloud Storage when I purchased something else the same month

Hi there,


the title is quite self-explanatory:

I have a monthly subscription of iCloud Storage Plan. I usually get an invoice from Apple by email – except for the months I purchased, e.g another app through the store. In that case, I get an invoice for the extra, single purchase of that month, but no invoice for the iCloud Storage plan.

Also, as one might think, the iCloud Storage plan is not included in that invoice. So I am missing the iCloud Storage plan invoice for that month, and thus, cannot use it for my income and/or tax declaration.


Why is this?

It would be fine, if at least, there was one invoice from Apple per month, including all of the purchases of that month, including the monthly subscriptions.

For iTunes and App Stores purchases you can see receipts in your purchase history by clicking here --> https://support.apple.com/HT204088 Click the invoice number (far right) to expand, then click; "View Receipt".

Apple should also email you a receipt for any charge made to your account. "Search your email for the words “receipt from Apple” as indicated in this support article --> https://support.apple.com/HT201382


If you still have questions or problems:


Contact Apple. Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
