How do I stop music app notifications screen from appearing on iPhone 11 when it wakes up? It has latest updates as of 12/19/2021.

I have to manually go to the phone to press the 'play' button again to resume podcast or music. Spotify lock screen wakes up When i connect my cars bluetooth to spotify n lock my screen ill skip a track on my steering wheel and the lock screen wakes! Annoying. now i have notifications turned off for spotify so if its a notification thing that cant be it. Ive turned my phone off n back on n restarted n still nuttin what can be done to stop this from happening?

Force close the Music App and restart the device.
