IMessage and FaceTime Issue

Hello, i recently got my IPhone and i for some reason i can only activate facetime and imessage with my appleid, it still says activation unsuccessfull but atleast i can use facetime and imessage, just the people im calling on facetime see my email.when i try to use my phone number it just says your network provider may charge for sms messages used to activate imessage , i press ok and then it says an error occured during activation and it spams these 2 messages over and over again i barely can exit the screen. can someone help me? thanks
