The suggested sorting tool stopped working.

This happened a few updates ago. Not sure which one. For some emails, it makes the correct suggestion. For many others, it doesn't. You'd think that repeatedly moving emails into the correct folders would teach it to know the correct folder to suggest, but it doesn't. This happens on both my mac with apple mail and my iPhone.
