Ever sine I updated to big sur I have new User System Folders and some desktop files have clumped together. When I click on a clump, they expand and there's a folder with a name like "documents" or "music".
Also I have folders called "User system folder" and user system folder 2.
This is very disturbing! How can I turn these "features" off?

The 'clumps' are called Stacks. To turn them off, right-click on your Desktop (or ctrl-click, or two-finger click with a trackpad) and uncheck Use Stacks:

Hi you can safely delete if they don’t have any important files that you may need probably they are in your iPhone files app and they get download it to your Mac to delete go to Finder in icloud drive then desktop delete everything, I get that one user system folder all the time
I do not see "use stacks" when I click on finder/desktop and then click view. I have seen similar suggestions on line when searching google. I've tried right click, control+command+o . I'm obviously missing a step if stacks is an option to use on Big Sur, which I am beginning to doubt it is, but it shows up on Apple help as a choice.
