Why does the location on find my friends say live on the location? Is it because they up and moving ? Or what ? Because im comfused.

The indication of “Live” when your are observing someone’s device on Find My, means that the location of the other person is being shared in real time and is continuous. If “Live” is not shown then the location is being shown as “Now”. This means that the other person’s location is being shown as of “Now” and is not continuous.
