Mcafeee Protection on new iPhone 13 Pro

Just purchased new iPhone 13 Pro with T Mobile and they offered free Mcafee Protection. Should I download this? Not sure if this is good to do.

Virus protection I have McAfee antivirus for my Windows 11 laptop and I use the same license for my iPhone7. I have been told that I don’t need it for my laptop as the built-in virus protection for Windows should be more than enough. Is that true for iOS as well? Can I skip McAfee for my iPhone?
