Lost my Apple care package when purchased iPhone 13 pro max
Last year I purchased iPhone 12 Pro Max, with it also purchased the 2-year apple care package and paid it in full, almost $260. I’ve noticed however after trading-in the above mentioned IPhone 12 for the new iPhone 13 pro max that the apple care subscription has been dropped/cancelled in the iPhone 13, although apple still owes me more than one year of service accrue from the paid in full apple care package I purchased last year. Any help with issue would greatly appreciated.
