Privacy warning on iPhone and iPad

Why do I keep getting privacy warning on my wifi on both my iPhone and iPad I have done the resetting of the network turn the phone and iPad on and off, I have turned on and off the private address I have restarted my sky router and both products are up to date after doing all these actions I don’t see the warning for about week can anyone give me any other ways of solving this issue I have never had any issues before it has only been recently
