Connection issues

I have an iPhone that I am trying to set up. After connecting to the WiFi source, an error message pops up. It says “Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting you iPhone to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a couple of minutes.” If this problem persists, contact Apple Support at apple.com/support.


Please let me know if you can assist me with this issue.
