i changed my screen display at a local shop not at a Apple shop as my scream was completely not working from a simple fall and I wanna know is that wrong And if I’m supposed to have an Apple display?

Having replaced the screen with other than Apple screen will probably trigger an annoying warning which will not go away. Also several functions may not work properly. An Apple device works best with Apple certified parts.
Your phone is now untouchable by Apple.
Only Apple and authorized service providers have access to genuine Apple parts and the tools required to install them properly.
