I factory reset my Mac and still can’t update the software it won’t connect to App Store

How to reinstall Mac OS

You'll need to provide a wifi I believe for any reinstall. It will take some time, and if you have any local congestion, it might be better to wait until late evening. It takes some bandwidth. I did this recently, completely erasing, and doing a full reinstall. Be patient :-)
