Cannot connect to app store in macbook
i already tried everyting, to update mac, restart, etc
but still my appstore cannot connect to App Store

You need to have a good Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
Turn Off VPN, see -> Change VPN settings on Mac

If your Mac isn't connecting to the internet over Wi-Fi
