What happened when you booted in safe mode?
What third party apps did you install that claim to clean, protect, manage, etc.?
What happened when you uninstalled these apps?
What exactly happens when you try to connect to the Internet?
Did not work……
Here is what I get when trying to connect to internet on chrome I get ‘check proxies and firewall’
on safari I get ‘safari can’t open page because not connected to internet’
im attached to internet via Wi-Fi which is working fine on all other devices, I have even tried‘Ethernet’
Did you install any third party apps that claim to protect, manage, clean, etc.? If so, uninstall these apps. Try booting in safe mode to see if the issue clears up.
I will try today thank u
This is keeping me from connecting to the internet via Wi-Fi or ethernet
Will try when I get home and let you know
