I am trying to download my AT&T phone call log to my iphone. AT&T has only 2 types of files.
They are Excel or .cvs. Where does the iphone store these so I can then print them out?
I would also like to forward them via email to someone else.
You can open a CSV file with the Numbers app on your phone. You can also view the call log directly in the AT&T app on your phone.

I"m using the MyATT APP and I have the log present on the screen with options to PRINT< DOWNLOAD--either Excel or CVS
format. I can do none. If I was on a computer it would be a different story.
I have downloaded it several times in .cvs format. NUMBER is not finding it. Where is it stored ? I have Excell on the phone also but the phone keep saying the file is corrupt when I download it.
.cvs if the only file that seems to download .....but where to?
The phone only keeps the 100 most recent calls so if you want logs going back further, your AT&T account will be the only source of those.
I have the FILES app and is lists the 8 files that I have on the phone but
none of them are current date or are the correct file I need.
Then all I can suggest is to contact AT&T. I couldn’t get it even to download. I’ve just posted a very negative review of the app, and not only for this issue.
Get your phone log at att.com, not from your iPhone.
I can view the app just fine on the phone but I need to print the log out. I"ve hit download several time but
have no idea where it's being sent to or stored.
As I said, download the CSV, you can view it with the Numbers app. Unless you have MS Office Mobile on your phone, then you can download either Excel or CSV.
I just tried to do it with the gawd-awful AT&T app. It gave me the choice of Excel or CSV, but it just displayed the CSV, it didn’t download it.
Try the Files app.
The OP knows that and is trying to download it from their AT&T account, and having difficulty doing that.
