When someone calls me there phone number doesn’t come up. But after their done calling I can hit the I in my call log and it will show there number. How can I get the number to show on the call banner when someone calls

If I understand you correctly your issue is, Recent Call Logs show the caller ID but not before the call is received. In India, Caller ID can be suppressed only by the Carrier. This cannot be turned off by an individual user.
If the Caller ID is not displayed is a Carrier issue in many countries. You need to contact the Carrier.
