iPad screen rotation after 15.2 upgrade messed up

If you are experiencing any issues following a system software update, your first action should be a forced-restart of the iPad - as doing so will often resolve an isolated software issue:

• On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
• On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

When switch it it starts in landscape mode notwithstanding that I keep it upright. This happens in about 80% of the cases. I think that Apple have to solve this problem. any ideas?"
