Apple Watch series 7 vibrating randomly and screen moving
a week ago my Apple Watch started vibrating for a while multiple times a day and the screen moves automatically for some reason has anyone had this problem and a solution for it.

Have you restarted both your Apple Watch and paired iPhone since this started? If not, that would be a good first step. This can help resolve issues like this.
Then, let's see if we can pinpoint why this is happening. Have you checked to see if you have Chimes enabled on your Apple Watch? This is a setting on your watch found in Settings > Accessibility > Chimes. If this is enabled, it can set both a chime and vibrations to happen every 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Disabling that may help your issue.
