Touch button issue with new product

Hi I recently I purchased macbook air m1 8gb from croma on 02 december 2021 and its touch button not working properly while locking computer, recently in 5 days its fails two times for the entire day pls help me out. I bought from croma and it is in return period.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.6
