Iphone 11 looks like X Ray
I have already reset and already checked in settings to make sure the inverted colors were turned off.
What else could be the problem?

If you're sure you disabled ALL the options (except the last at the very bottom = AutoBrightness) in:
Settings>Accessibility>Display & Font Text... then restarted your iPhone and the issue persists, it may be a hardware (screen?) problem but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that kind of issue remotely, sorry.
I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
