Since updating to 15.2, my sleep button doesn’t work. I have no way to put my screen to sleep manually. I’ve tried doing reboots, resets and erase and restore, so far nothing. Any other suggestions?

It sounds like you're experiencing some issues with your iPad and Screen Lock. We will be happy to assist you.
Is the same manage device by a school or a job? If so, you may have a profile set up. You can find that under: Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management
What is the current setting? You may find that under the change when iPad automatically locks section on this article

I did perform a full restore. The issue still persists.
I’m not having an issue with screen lock per se.
I’m having issues with the physical sleep/wake button on the top edge of my iPad.
It is unresponsive when pressed.
