User Profile Picture Will Not Update

Hello. I have been trying in vain to get my User Profile Picture to update on locked screen to no avail. I have chosen the new picture under Users in System Preferences multiple times. The change shows within system pref's, and is also reflected in my Contacts as well as when using my Apple ID. But still the default photo is all that will show when restarting/unlocking. Anyone know a fix?

I know it's technically not a big deal, but the bowling pins for my picture is really bothering me!
