How to manage family sharing icloud space without access to apple devices ?

I have just joined family sharing feature for iCloud space sharing with my spouse. Unfortunately, I currently don't have access to apple device can I still utilize the data , as my iCloud storage still shows full. Our combined data (me and my spouse) is way below 50GB iCloud+ data.

I do have an apple/iCloud ID.
