Apple ID 2fa

I can’t login my Apple ID because I don’t have the 2fa for it , I don’t have my old phone number so I can’t log into my account and I need help on that

As long as you "know" what the old phone number was, even if its not active currently, you should be able to start Account Recovery from iforgot.apple.com or reset your password from another iOS/iPadOS/watchOS/macOS Device if it was logged into the same account.
