Passcode issue

Hi everyone, so my phone was shutdown out of battery and then I charge it again and when it work they ask me for my password so unfortunately I forgot it but I can’t open it with my face id , is there is any chance to unlock it with my face id because i won’t be format it immediately because i have too many important information , thank you

The iPhone is connected to the Internet through the Personal Hotspot of another iOS device. Turn hotspot OFF.

You need Wi-Fi network, see this Apple article: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network
