Recipients getting text messages 4 times

When I send them a text from my iPhone some people get the message 4 times. It seems to happen with Android phones.

Is there a fix?

If you are not sending them then please contact your carrier.

SMS, MMS, WiFi Call, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Hotspot, VoiceMail (Visual or Normal) all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
