driver not installed
When I'm trying to update my phone on iTunes I keep getting "Driver not installed". Everything on my computer is updated.

We understand your iTunes program is not working properly. We're happy to offer some guidance.
If something wasn't installed properly during the iTunes installation, you'll want to uninstall and reinstall it.

Make sure to pay attention to the "Remove iTunes and its related components" section. You'll want to make sure to remove all of those items before reinstalling iTunes.
