Mac OS Popup

Hi all,

for a little while now I’ve had a weird popup on my MacBook. A window will just flash on screen for a split second - too quick for me to see what it is - then disappear. I can’t tell if it’s something updating in the background (like Office or Adobe Creative Cloud) or something else, but it hasn’t always done this. I want to make sure it’s not a virus.
